Poison
A piece that captures cannot move for the next two turns.
Taking is still allowed, it just costs you the piece's next two turns. The frozen piece still defends and can still be captured, so a greedy capture can hand your opponent a free target. If the poisoned piece is your only legal mover, the rule steps aside so the game does not stall.
