Refunds and cancellation
Nothing is for sale right now. There is no payment form anywhere on this site. This page describes what will happen when there is one, so you can read it before it matters.
If you change your mind after paying, you get your money back. This page says when and how, in plain words.
Seven days, no reason needed
Within seven days of paying you can cancel without giving a reason. Write to the address below with your order number. If what you got was different from what we advertised, you have three months from the day you noticed.
You can try it free first
Every paid feature here comes with a free daily allowance of the same thing. You will have used it before you decide to pay for more of it. That is why we do not say "digital goods are non-refundable". Under Korean law that limit is only valid if you were given a way to try the thing first, and we always give you one.
Subscriptions: cancel any time, keep the rest
A subscription stops when you say it stops. Cancelling takes the same number of taps as subscribing did, from the same screen, with no phone call and no retention offer. After the seven days, we refund the unused part of the period you already paid for.
What winning never costs
We do not sell anything that changes who wins a game. Both players get the same draft choices, the same augments and the same rules, whether or not either of them ever paid us. If that ever stops being true, it will be written here first.
환불과 청약철회 (한국어)
- 결제일로부터 7일 안에는 이유를 묻지 않고 철회하실 수 있습니다.
- 광고와 다른 내용이었다면 그 사실을 안 날부터 3개월 안에 철회하실 수 있습니다.
- 유료 기능에는 같은 기능의 무료 일일 사용분이 항상 함께 제공됩니다. 그래서 "디지털이라 환불이 안 된다"는 말을 쓰지 않습니다.
- 구독은 언제든 해지하실 수 있고, 해지 절차는 가입과 같은 화면에서 같은 횟수의 조작으로 끝납니다. 7일이 지난 뒤에는 이미 결제하신 기간 중 남은 만큼을 돌려드립니다.
- 승패에 영향을 주는 것은 팔지 않습니다.
