Duck Chess

After every move you drop a duck on an empty square. Nothing can pass through it.

The duck blocks both sides, so it is a weapon and a wall at once. You cannot be checkmated by a duck, but you can be sealed in. There is no check and no stalemate here: the game ends when a king is actually captured. Kings move like any other piece as far as danger is concerned.

What changes

The board starts the same way standard chess does.

Standard chess: Classical chess. Checkmate the king.
